The Lab Co. Freshener 125ml boxed

I have a very sensitive sense of smell, which is both a blessing and a curse! This means that I can easily smell any unpleasant aroma on clothes, shoes, furnishings etc. and often use fresheners to help banish them. I usually use the market leader in freshner sprays but I thought I would try a more premium product in hope of a better, more long lasting aroma.This fabric freshener is from The Lab Company and it comes in a 125ml bottle. It is neatly boxed and has a more premium look than the standard fresheners you get. It is made without harsh chemicals or toxins and claims to eliminate bad bacteria for good.I found this product to be okay but I was disappointed by the lack of fragrance. It seems to work on neutralising bad aromas but not adding a more pleasant aroma, even though it claims to have an orange and mint fragrance. I think, considering the price, I had hoped for more. It is nice not to have an overly synthetic smell to it, which you can get with the standard brands, but at least there should be something. It does, however, seem to neutralise unpleasant aromas, so, taking all this into consideration, I will give this product three stars.

Nice and citrus/orangey smelling product, we got this to keep the trainers fresh and those dreaded work boots!! It's definitely freshened them up but more so with daily use it keeps it at bay, nice overall smell and good quality product, you only need a couple sprays per shoe so should last a little.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, I’ve tried various odour remover sprays for shoes with varying success. This is an easy to use spray and at first I wasn’t sure it was going to do much but after applying I left the shoes and checked the next day. To my surprise it had pretty much eliminated any smelly odours and is probably one of the better sprays I’ve used. I wouldn’t say the smells disappeared completely but pretty close.Overall it is an easy to use spray, just leave to work and there you have it. I will say it is a more expensive product but I was impressed with how little odour remained. It does have a citrus fragrance but this doesn’t bother me and once dried it isn’t overpowering at all.
